By placing your order you are agreeing to the following:
You may provide me with an inspiration photo, in fact I encourage it, but please note that my items are handmade and subject to interpretation. As a decorator, I reserve the right to make small tweaks and changes (for example colours and size proportions may differ) as needed to achieve the best result.
Allergy Warning:
All of my products may contain or have come in contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and other allergens. Please discuss any allergies with me before ordering.
Pick up:
I am not responsible for any items once you have picked up your order. If you have any questions about proper transportation techniques or proper storage, please discuss with me.
Delivery:
I currently do not provide delivery services. However, if you are placing a large or corporate order and require delivery, please inform me at the time of ordering. I will assess whether delivery can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Deposits, Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Custom orders will be subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. The reason for this is I may have turned away other custom orders for the same time because of your order. When you cancel, that opportunity has already been declined and I’ve lost out on business.
If, due to extenuating circumstances, you need to reschedule your order and have contacted me within a reasonable time frame (as determined by me) to reschedule I may be able to transfer your deposit to the rescheduled order.
Final Payments:
Final payments for custom orders are due at least 2 business days before your pickup or delivery date.
Refunds and Returns:
Due to the nature of my products returns are not accepted and refunds are not given.
Photographs:
I photograph my products and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotional uses without client compensation or permission.
Weather Conditions:
I cannot control the weather. If your event is outside, please advise me at the time of ordering so we can discuss the products that I offer that are the most stable in outdoor conditions. I am not responsible for damage caused as a result of exposure to the elements such as excessive heat or cold, humidity, rain, or wind.
Other Concerns:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to me within 48 hours of receiving your product so we can discuss your concerns. Additional details such as description of issue, how product was stored and delivered, and photos are appreciated.
